The "Emporio Tension Hormone" wasn't said anywhere that it would take years off Luffy's lifespan. _. So Let's say Luffy's lifespan before the hormone was ~100 years, take 10 years away from that. Then it's ~90 years. Now supposedly Gear Second ate away at Luffy's lifespan before time-skip because his body wasn't used to the sudden power up.
